George Clooney Plays Italian Lottery, Hoping to Add to Monies for Haiti’s Victims

My thanks to Howard Gensler, a columnist for the Philadelphia Daily News, for sending me this short item.
It seems that actor George Clooney wants to win the lottery for Haiti.
The 48 year-old actor and his gal pal, Elisabetta Canalis, were seen in an official Italian superenalotto game shop, where they supposedly splashed out hundreds of pounds on lottery tickets, all in an effort to win a large 117 million pound jackpot.
The idea, of course, is to raise money for the earthquake-stricken Caribbean nation. George, who has a home in Italy’s Lake Como, was quoted as telling pals, “The jackpot is so high, why not try?”
So far as we know (and we would have seen it in the news), Clooney did not win the jackpot.
Shame.
Now THIS is great gaming news! What do I do now?
