Lottery Moments

To all my friends wondering where I went over the weekend,  my hard drive crashed on Saturday.

But, I’m back.

Meanwhile, neither the Mega Millions Friday draw nor the Powerball Saturday draw produced a jackpot winner.

On Friday night, the numbers were 2,7,17,29,47 and the Mega Ball was 40. No one won the big prize. But two tickets won $250,000, in New Jersey and Ohio. Tuesday’s game has a $31 million jackpot.

On Saturday night, the Powerball numbers were 4,6,26,40 and 41. The Power Ball was 15. The Power Play multiplier was 4. Five tickets picked the first five numbers and one of the five, in Tennessee, also Power Played their bet and won $800,000. The others, in Kentucky, Louisiana, New Mexico and Rhode Island, each won $200,000.
